The 1 hour events are designed to give you an overview of each topic. They will always have information and tips on things you can do after the event to improve that part of your business. They are in no way a comprehensive, detailed look at the topic itself and should be considered an introduction only.


Courses are designed to build on each topic they cover. Most are 2-3 evenings per course, with separate areas of that topic covered, in each session.

They are designed to work together as a whole and build on the knowledge gained in other sessions, but are also full enough that they can be treated as a separate seminar if you wish. There is no obligation to attend every session per course, but it is recommended in order to cover the topic properly.

Seats at each event are limited to ensure the best quality of service for each attendee. In most cases, we can’t fill your seat if you cancel at the last minute or can’t attend.

Due to the restriction of spots available:

  • Tickets for 1 hour seminars are non-refundable.
  • Tickets for longer courses, may be refunded if cancelled via email more than 1 week before the event. Any tickets cancelled after this time [within 1 week of an event date] are non refundable as we cannot fill the place. Please use the contact box below to email us.
  • If you wish to forward tickets to friends or colleagues and exchange money with them for the tickets, we are happy for you to do that. Please be aware however, Fashion Services is not responsible for you gaining payment from these 3rd parties.
  • If you do recoup your money from a 3rd party, please let us know by sending us an email here:



Attendance is only confirmed after payment of your ticket has been received and you relieve an email from Paypal for your purchase.

If you wish to attend last minute, feel free. Please be aware however that we cannot guarantee a seat for you and preference will always be given to those who have paid in advance. So that you don’t miss out and receive your discount, we would always advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Those wishing to Pay On The Door will not receive the pre-booked event discount. There is an extra $100 per 1 hour session and extra $200-$500 for courses and workshops. All prices on the calendar are pre-booked prices.

All payments are taken through Paypal, but don’t worry if you don’t have an account, simply click the links through to the Paypal site and choose the “Pay with Card” option at the bottom right hand of the screen. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with this option.
